We respect your privacy at Hotel Bay Suites and all of our related sites. We do not distribute your personal information to any third parties. This includes not only your email address but any personal information you input during your use of the site. We reserve the right to change this policy in the future, but not without giving notice and providing individuals with the opportunity to opt out. We do not track or monitor any one individual’s activity on the website.

Terms and Conditions

• Guests must present valid photo identification at the time of check-in.
• According to government regulations, a valid Photo ID has to be carried by every person above the age of 18 staying at the hotel.
• The identification proofs accepted are a driver's License, Voters Card, and Passport. Without a valid ID the guest will not be allowed to check in.
• Note:- PAN Cards will not be accepted as a valid ID card.

Cancellation and Refund

• Reservation and Cancellation Policy Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and may be chargeable by the hotel directly.
• Check-in time is 8:00 AM, Check-out time is 7:00 AM. If cancelled before 5 days of the arrival date then one day charge will be deducted & rest will be refunded. If canceled after the mentioned deadline (i.e. less than 5 days before the arrival date) then the advance will be non-refundable. Room Tax @ 16.05% consists of 12% GST, service tax, and 4.05 online processing fees.
• Online processing fees @ 4.05% will be non-refundable. The Credit Card Holder must be one of the travelers.
• We reserve the right to cancel or modify reservations where it appears that a customer has engaged in fraudulent or inappropriate activity or under other circumstances where it appears that the reservations contain or resulted from a mistake or error.
